This is the last Will and Testament of me George Baldock of Hose Lodge Hose in the County of Leicester Grazier
I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me
I appoint Henry Richmond of Long Clawson in the said County of Leicester Farmer and John George Flanagan of Hose Station Hose aforesaid Stationmaster to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will and I give to them the said Henry Richmond and John George Flanagan the sum of Five pounds each if they shall prove this my Will
I bequeath my writing desk to my son John George Baldock
I direct that my wife Rebecca Baldock shall select from my household furniture and effects such goods as she may desire to have and that the goods so selected shall be her property absolutely without any charge being made for the same
I devise and bequeath the remainder of my real and personal estate apart from the before mentioned bequests of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate unto my Trustees Upon trust to sell the same at such time or times as they shall think fit and after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts to pay one half thereof to my wife the said Rebecca Baldock and the remaining half to my daughters in the following shares namely one seventh part thereof to my daughter Annie Jane Clarke the wife of William Clarke of Willoughby on the Wolds in the County of Nottingham one seventh part thereof to my daughter Ada Rear Bailey the wife of Thomas Bailey of Willoughby on the Wolds aforesaid one seventh part thereof to my daughter Berta Agnes Baldock of Willoughby on the Wolds aforesaid two seventh parts thereof to my daughter Helen Baldock of Willoughby on the Wolds aforesaid and two seventh parts thereof to my daughter Elizabeth Baldock of the City of Perth Western Australia
