Knowe all men by these presents, that I Thomas Yerwood of Eaton in the County of Leicester husbandman for divers good Causes & Considerations, mee hereunto moving, and for the fatherly, Care & tender affection which I beare unto Thomas Yerwood, my natural Son  I have to him given and granted and by these presents doe give and grant unto him all my goods undisposed of moveable and unmoveable, Cattles and Chattles debts upon Specialtye and without Specialtye after my decease To have and to hold, to him my saide Son Thomas Yerwood, his heires Executors Administrators & Assignes for ever and by these presents have given and granted and have delivered unto him Eight pounds of Currant English money in possession of the whole

In wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the first daye of June in the yeare 1658 in the presence of These wittnesses
