Edward Wyche of Wycomb 1827 Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Wyche of Wykeham cum Caudwell in the County of Leicester Cottager as follows

First I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary Expences to be fully paid And Subject thereto I Give Devise and bequeath All that my Copyhold Estate comprizeing A Messuage or Tenement Yard Garden Stables Orchard and hereditaments situate in the Parish of Langtoft in the County of Lincoln with their Appurtenances And also all my Household Goods other Goods Stock Cattle Chattels Rights credits Ready money Securities for money and all other my Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever of which I shall die possessed unto my dearly beloved Wife Mary Wyche and her assigns for and during the Term of her natural life And from and immediately after her decease Then I Give Devise and bequeath All my said Copyhold Estate and all other my said Real and Personal Estate and Effects unto my Relation Sarah Williamson (who now lives with me) her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever for her own Sole and absolute use and benefit

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Mary Wyche Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revokeing all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty Second day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Twenty Six
