The vith day of June Anno Dni 1615

In the name of god Amen I Willm Wright of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Clarke beinge sicke in body but of perfecte memory god be praised doe make & ordain this my last will & testament in manner & forme following

First of all I commende my soule into the hands of Allmighty god my maker & redeemer & my bodye to the earth from whence it came

The goods that god hath given unto me I bestowe as followeth

Imprimis I give to the poore of the towne of Nether Broughton xl

Item I give to the Curche [sic] of Nether Broughton xl to be bestowed at the discretion of Mr Thorne

Item I give iiiil of the eighte pounds which Edwarde Leavers doth owe unto me to be devided equally among his children

Ite I doe give iiil of the six pounds which William Wrighte doth owe unto me to be devided equally amongst his children

Item I doe give unto the children of Margery Rowlett xxs beinge part of xls that Rafe Rowlett owethe to me

The rest of my goods unbequeathed I doe give unto my beloved kinsman John Wrighte whom I make my full executor uppon this condition that he shall discharge the Legacyes that. I have bequeathed & my funerall expenses And so I rest in the mercy of god allmightye the day & yeare first above written
