In the name of god Amen the fyve & twentyth day of November in the fyve & thirtyth yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lady Elizabeth by the grace of god of Englande France & Irelande Queene defendrysse of the fayth etc & in the yeare of our Lord god one Thousande fyve hundred nynty & two I Richard Wright of Claxton in the Countye of Leicester husbandman being sicke in body but of whole & perfecte memory god be thanked do make & ordaine this my present testament concerning my last will in maner & fourme following

First I comend my soule to almighty god my maker & to Jesus Christe my redeemer & my body to be buryed in the Churcheyarde of the said Claxton

Itm I geve & bequeathe to Agnes my wyfe the third of all my goods moveable & immoveable

Itm I geve & bequeathe the rest of all my goods whatsoever to Robt, Thomas, Rowlande, Richard, Elen, Sara, Mary & Anne Wrighte my children to be equally devyded amongst them & I make the sayd Agnes my wyfe my full executrysse of this my last wyll & testament & I do appoynt Edward More & Richard Hubberd to be the overseers hereof
