This is the last Will and Testament of me John Wright late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester, but now of Wycombe in the said County of Leicester formerly Grazier but now retired

I revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I appoint my sons Arthur John Lovett Wright and Thomas Horace Wright to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I devise all my real estate and bequeath all my personal estate unto and to the use of the said Arthur John Lovett Wright and Thomas Horace Wright Upon trust that they the said Arthur John Lovett Wright and Thomas Horace Wright or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such survivor or other the Trustees or Trustee for the time being of this my Will shall in such manner and under such stipulations and at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions in all respects as the said Trustees or Trustee shall think fit sell the said real estate and call in collect and convert into money all such parts of my said personal estate as shall not consist of ready money and shall with and out of the moneys to be produced by such sale calling in collection and conversion and the ready money of which I shall be possessed at the time of my death pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall stand possessed of the residue of the said moneys In trust to divide the same as follows:- one tenth share of and in the same to each of the following – my son Joseph Henry Wright my son Arthur John Lovett Wright my son Thomas Horace Wright my daughter Kate Eleanor Abbott my daughter Caroline Alberta Lupton my daughter Charlotte Susan Cawdell my daughter Gertrude Amelia Wright one tenth share of and in the same to such children of my deceased daughter Elizabeth Ann Collishaw as shall survive me and attain the age of twenty one years equally between them one tenth share to my grand-daughter Ethel Allden less the sum of One hundred pounds which said sum of One hundred pounds shall be paid to the children of my deceased son Ernest Albert Wright as hereinafter mentioned and one tenth share of and in the same together with the before referred to sum of One hundred pounds (taken from the said Ethel Alldens share) to the children of my said deceased son Ernest Albert Wright as shall survive and attain the age of twenty one years equally between them

Provided always and I declare that it shall be lawful for the said Trustees or Trustee at any time and from time to time to raise any part or parts not exceeding in the whole one half part of the then expectant or presumptive share of any grandchild of mine under the trusts in this my Will declared and to apply the same for his or her advancement or benefit Provided also and I declare that the Trustees or Trustee may defer and postpone the sale and conversion of the whole or any part or parts of my real estate and of my residuary personal estate respectively so long as to the said Trustees or Trustee shall seem proper but my said real estate and residuary personal estate shall for the purpose of transmission be impressed with the quality of personalty from the time of my death

And I also declare that the net rents and profits and other income produced from every or any part of my real and residuary personal estate previous to the sale and conversion thereof shall after payment thereout of all incidental expenses and outgoings to be paid and applied to the person or persons and in the manner to whom and in which the income of the proceed of such sale and conversion would for the time being be payable or applicable under this my Will if such sale and conversion had been actually made

This is a Codicil to the last Will and Testament of me John Wright late of Wycombe but now of Garthorpe both in the County of Leicester retired Grazier which Will bears date the fourth day of August one thousand nine hundred and five

Whereas in and by my said Will I have devised a one tenth share of and in my estate (less the sum of One hundred pounds) to Ethel Allden Now it is my desire that in the event of the said Ethel Ellden predeceasing me the share I have so left to her shall be divided equally between all my sons and daughters living at my decease and in the event of any child of mine predeceasing me and leaving issue living at my decease then such issue shall take his her or their deceased parents share

And in all other respects I confirm my said Will
