In the Name of God Amen I Esther Wright of Upper Broughton Nottinghamshire Spinster being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding God be praised for the same Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say

I give and bequeath to my sister Mary Ann Wright one hundred pounds stock in the now four per cents navy annuities to be transferred to her within twelve months after my decease and the remainder of my said stock I give and bequeath to my Executrix and Executor hereinafter named (in trust nevertheless that they shall transfer the remainder of my Stock into their own names and stand possessed of the same during the life of my mother Esther Wright of Upper Broughton Nottinghamshire widow and that all the dividend or dividends issues and profits arising from the same Stock so given in trust shall be paid to my mother Esther Wright widow aforesaid during her natural life for her own absolute use and benefit and after the decease of my said Mother Esther Wright widow I give and bequeath one hundred pounds of the said trust stock to my sister Mary Ann Wright and the rest and residue of my said Stock I give and bequeath to my brother Joseph Hall Wright of Chatteres in the Isle of Ely and County of Cambridge Surgeon for his own absolute use and benefit

And I do hereby appoint my said mother Esther Wright Widow and my brother Joseph Hall Wright executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any will by me heretofore made and do hereby declare this to be my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of June one thousand eight hundred and twenty six
