In the name of God Amen the xxiiiith daie of August in the thirtie nine yeare of the Raigne of our Soveraigne Lady Elizabeth by the grace of God of England France & Ireland Queene defender of the fayth &c Witnesseth that I Thomas Willson of Stathorne in the Countye of Leicester Cottinger beinge sicke in Bodye but of memorie wholl & sounde praised be god for it doe ordaine & make this my last Will & Testament in manner & forme followinge Viceliset

First I bequeath my soule to Allmightie God the maker of mee & all mankind & my Bodye to be Buried in the church yarde of Statherne aforesaide

Imprimis I give unto my sonne John Willson the cropp of one of my Two pease Lands

Allso I give unto him the Interest of my howse & the profit thereunto belonginge Except one cropp of my Two Leayes in the Lower & allso one cropp of my peece in Day … … which Cropps my will & minde is that Ralf my sonne shall have for one yeare beinge the yeare next after my funerall And that Circhin my Daughter shall have the profitte & cropps of my Two Leases in the more so longe as she is unmarried And allso placing in the howse for that Time &  no longer

Item I give unto Agnes my Daughter iii peeces of pewter one little brasse potte Three paire of sheets one Table Cloth ii Coverletts one Coffer one matteress ii pillowes ii pillowbeares one Kimnell & a little panne

Allso my will & mind is that my Brinded cowe should be sould towards the paying of my Debts & funerall expences And that overplus of silver that remaineth I give unto Agnes & allso my weaning Calfe

Ite I give unto Marye my Daughter one payre of sheets & unto Emmett I give one paire of sheets & one matteress

Ite I give unto Bryan & unto Hughe unto eyther of them I give a Coverlett & a … petticoate

Ite I give unto Roger Willson sonne unto Ralf & unto Roger the younger sonne unto John unto eyther of them I give xiid

All the rest of goods unbequeathed moveables & unmoveables whatsoever my debts legacyes & funerall expences discharged I give unto Kirchin my Daughter whome I doe constitute & make my Lawfull executrixe of this my last will & Testament

And I do utterlie abbolishe & forsake all other Wills & doe acknowledge this to be my true & last will

And I doe appointe Ralfe Willson my sonne supervisor thereof
