In the Name of God Amen I Mary Wilson of Scalford, in the County of Leicester Widow, being of perfect Mind and Memory, make this my last Will and Testament

First, I desire to be decently Buried in the Parish Church yard of Eaton, at the Expence of my Executors

My Personal Effects, I bequeath and dispose of in Manner and form following

First to my Grand Daughter Mary Shillcock, I give and bequeath the Bed standing in the Blue Room, A Oaken Chest standing in the Chamber over the Parlour, with a Silver Cup, a Silk stuff Gown, and Blank Quilt, a Chest of Drawers standing in the Chamber over the Parlour, And a Elbow Chair standing in the Parlour

Next to my Grand Daughter Ann Shillcock, I give and bequeath a Printed Cotton Gown, and half a dozen of Chairs standing in the Blue Room

Also I do give and bequeath to my Grand Daughter Catherine Shillcock, My Black Silk Cloak

Also I do give and bequeath to my Four Grand Daughters Mary Shillcock, Ann Shillcock, Sarah Shillcock, and Catharine Shillcock, the Linen in the aforesaid Oaken Chest, to be equally divided amongst them

And I do hereby Nominate and Appoint My Son Thomas Shillcock, to be my Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, And I do hereby utterly revoke, disallow and disannul all former Bequests, Wills and Legacies, by me heretofore in any wise left or made

Declaring, Ratifying and Confirming this, and no other, to be my Last Will and Testament

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and Seal, this Twentieth Day of May, in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Nine

Signed, seal’d published and declared By the within named Testatrix Mary Willson, to be her Last will and Testament, in the Presence of us who subscribed our names in the Presence of the said Testatrix

Let probat be granted to Thomas Shilcock, the Sole Executor of the within written will, he being sworn to the due execution thereof, & also made oath that the whole personal estate of the said testator, at the time of her decease, did not amount in value to the Sum of sixty pounds
