In the Name of God Amen I George Willson of Eaton in the County of Leicester Farmer Being of a Sound and perfect Memory do Make this my last Will and Testament
First I Commend my Soul into the hands of allmighty God that Gave it Me And My Body I Committ to the Earth to be Decently Buryed at the Discretion of my Executor and Executrix hereafter Named
Impris all my Goods Chattel and personall Estate whatsoever as it has pleased God to posses me of I Give and Bequeath to Elizabeth my welbeloved wife and to John my only Son Share & Share alike & Doth make ordain & appoint them joynt Executrix & Executor of this my last will and Testament
But my Will is if my said wife above Mentioned alters her Condition and Maryed again to any other Man that then my said Son John his foresaid half part to be made the full Sum of Eighty pounds of Lawfull Money and to be paid him on the Day of her Marriage without any Deductions Bills or Abatements whatsoever
And further my Will is if my said Son John should happen to Dye unmarred (as God Defend) and my said wife be my widow that then his foresaid half part come to her: But if she my said wife shall Marry again at after my said son Johns Decease then my Will is that she and her husband pay or Cause to be paid on the Day of her Marriage the Sum of forty pounds of Lawful Money to my well beloved Brother Thomas Willson of Great Gunnerby or to his heirs And allso the Sum of Twenty pounds of Lawfull Money to John Willson of Harlaxton my Nephew
Also my will is that if my Son Dyeth Unmarryed and my said wife Continues my widow to the time of her Death that then the forty pounds to my Brother & the Twenty pounds to my Nephew above Mentioned be paid Them at the time of her Death
As to my house and Lands at Bourn in Lincolnshire which I purchased of Mr Blackmore My Will & Desire is (if my Son Dyeth Unmarryed) I hope my wife will be so good to perform her promise in Giving the Assignment of it the said house & Land to my Brother Thomas Willson of Great Gunnerby or to his heirs: him or his heirs paying the Sum of Twenty pounds of Lawfull Money in the Space of twelve months after he or his heirs Enter upon it to my Nephew John Wilson of Harlaxton or to his heirs
