This is the last Will and Testament of me William Wilford of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Farmer
I appoint my brother in law William Preston of Long Clawson aforesaid Baker and my daughter Rose Ann Wilford Executor and Trustees of this my Will
I devise and bequeath all my estate whether real or personal to my Trustees Upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money and after payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses to invest the residue in or upon real or Government Security or railway preference stock and stand possessed thereof upon trust to pay the dividends interest and annual income thereof to my Wife Elizabeth Wilford during her life and after her death to pay over the same to my said daughter Rose Ann Wilford for her own absolute use and benefit
Lastly I revoke all former Wills and testamentary instruments at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will

Signed by the said Testator as his last Will the same having been first read over to him in our presence with his mark in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses this 29th day of April 1884

Proved at Leicester on the nineteenth day of June 1886 by the Oath of Rose Ann Wilford Spinster, the Daughter one of the Executors to whom Administration was granted. Power reserved of making the like Grant to William Preston the other Executor
The Testator William Wilford was late of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the twenty second day of November 1885 at Long Clawson aforesaid
