This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Wileman of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Tailor
I direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid by my Executors hereinafter named out of my personal Estate as soon as conveniently may be after my death
I give and bequeath unto my dear wife Mary the Legacy or sum of One hundred pounds to be paid to her by my Executors hereinafter named out of my personal estate at the expiration of twelve calendar months after my death
I also give and bequeath unto my said Wife and her assigns for and during her natural life if she should so long continue my Widow The House wherein I now reside together with the Garden Outbuildings and appurtenances thereto belonging and also the use and enjoyment of the Household Furniture Plate Linen China and other effects therein (except money and Securities for money)
And from and after the death or second Marriage of my said Wife I devise the said House Garden Outbuildings and appurtenances unto my six children hereinafter named their heirs and assigns share and share alike as Tenants in common
And I bequeath the said Household Furniture Plate Linen China and other effects to be equally divided between my Two Daughters Ann and Frances
And as to for and concerning all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and devise the same unto my six Children namely Charles Edward John Ann Joseph and Frances their heirs and executors administrators and assigns share and share alike as Tenants in Common
I devise all legal Estates vested in me as Mortgagee unto my two Sons Charles and Edward their heirs and assigns Subject nevertheless to and upon the Equities and Trusts affecting the same
And lastly I appoint my said Sons Charles and Edward joint Executors of this my Will

Proved at Leicester the Seventh day of April 1873 by the Oath of Edward Wileman Son of the deceased one of the Executors to whom Administration was granted Power being reserved of making the like Grant to Charles Wileman Son of the deceased the other Executor
The Testator Joseph Wileman was late of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Tailor and died on the second day of March 1873 at Long Clawson aforesaid
