In the name of god Amen I Nicolas Wildman of Eaton &c beinge of good and perfect memorie thanks be given to god doe make and ordeine this my last will &c
First I Comend my soule into the hands of allmightie god &c And my bodie to be buried in the church of Eaton
Ite I give towardes the settinge up of a parth … in the aforesd church of Eaton vis viiid
It I give unto the poore of the towne at the discretion of my supervisors iis
Ite I give unto Cassander my wife xx li
Ite I give unto Francis my youngest daughter xx li to be paid unto Ralph Jackson at Michaelmas next for the use of the said Francis my daughter untill she come to the age of xx yeares until the which time I will that the said Raph Jackson shall see hir well & orderlie brought up and at that time to paye the said xx li to the said Francis my daughter
It I give unto Willyam my eldest sonne x li to be paid unto him at Michaelmas next
It I give unto Isabell my eldest daughter x li to be paid unto hir at Michaelmas next
It I give unto Alice my second daughter x li to be paid at Michaelmas next
It I give unto Sence my daughter x li to be paid at Michaelmas next
It I give unto John my youngest sonne x li to be paid unto him at Michaelmas next

It I give unto Raph Jackson xxs whom I make gardener to my Exec until he Come to full age

All the rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable my debts paid my legacies & all other charges about the will and buriall discharged I give unto Mathew my sonne whom I make full Exec of this my last will
