I Jane Wild of Nether Broughton Melton Mowbray in the County of Leicester Spinster hereby revoke all former Wills made by me and declare this to be my last Will

I appoint Thomas Challand of 4 Central Avenue Nottingham and John Brooks of Nether Broughton aforesaid Farmer (hereinafter called “my Trustees”) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I Bequeath the following specific legacies

To my cousin Emma Richmond of Nottingham Road in the City of Nottingham my silver teaspoons

To George Henry Wild the son of my cousin George Henry Wild my grandfather clock

I Give the following pecuniary legacies

To my cousin Joseph Richard Holmes of 212 John Street Ioliet Illinois United States of America the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds if she [sic] shall be married at the time of my decease

To Mary Annie Faulks of Hickling in the County of Nottingham the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds

To George Henry Wild the son of my cousin George Henry Wild the sum of Fifty pounds if and when he shall attain the age of twenty one years

To my friend Mrs Annie Maria Sale of Nether Broughton aforesaid the sum of Twenty pounds

To my friend Nurse Eva Daykin of 49 Kirkby Street Nottingham the sum of Twenty pounds and to each of my Executors the sum of Five pounds if they shall respectively prove my Will

To The London Society for promoting Christianity amongst the Jews whose office is at 16 Lincoln’s Inn Fields London the sum of Fifty pounds

To the Church Missionary Society whose office is in Salisbury Square London the sum of Fifty pounds

To The Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen whose office is at Bridge House, Queen Victoria Street London to be placed to the Labrador Account and applied for the general purposes of the Mission on the coast of Labrador the sum of Fifty pounds

I Devise my two-fifths shares or other my share or shares and interest of and in five cottages situate in the Town Street at Long Clawson in the County of Leicester now or lately in the respective occupations of Messieurs Bonser, Stanley, Swain, Kelham and Cooper to my cousin the said Emma Richmond for her own use absolutely

I Devise and Bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my Trustees Upon Trust to convert the same into money by sale or otherwise and with and out of the moneys produced by such sale and conversion and with and out of my ready money to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies bequeathed by this my Will

And I direct that my Trustees shall hold the residue of the said moneys In Trust for the three societies hereinbefore mentioned namely The London Society for promoting Christianity amongst the Jews, the Church Missionary Society and The Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen to be placed to the Labrador account and applied to the General Purposes of the Mission on the Coast of Labrador in equal shares absolutely And I Declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the same respective societies and institutions shall be a sufficient discharge to my Trustees for the said respective shares in my residuary estate and also for the said legacies

I desire to be buried at Nether Broughton aforesaid And I direct that my Trustees shall erect a stone over my grave similar to that of my sister Fanny Wild and that the words “with the family complete” shall be inscribed thereon and further that the cost of such stone and the expenses and fees in connection with its erection shall be paid out of my estate

And I Empower my Trustees to postpone the conversion of any part of my property notwithstanding that the same may be of an unauthorized or wasting nature for long as they shall think fit without being responsible for loss

In Witness whereof I have to this my Will set my hand this seventeenth day of March One thousand nine hundred and seventeen
