In the Name of God Amen I Eleanor Willburn of Scalford in the County of Leicester Spinster being Sick and Weak in Body But of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding And Considering the Uncertainty of this life Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to Say)

First of all I give my Soul to God that gave it me And my Body I Committ to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named

And as for my Worldly Estate which hath pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows

In the first place I give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Willburn of Thorpe Arnold in the said County of Leicester Grazier the Sume of One Hundred and fifty pounds to be paid him by my Executrix hereinafter named in manner and form following (that is to Say) The Sume of one Hundred pounds part thereof within Twelve Months next after my decease And fifty pounds residue thereof within three months next after the decease of my Aunt Eleanor Auwood

And Also I give and bequeath unto my Aunt Anne Jenkinson the sume of one guinea to be paid her imediately after my decease by my said Executrix

And Lastly all the residue and remainder of my Goods Stock Cattle Chattells rights Creditts and personal Estate of What kind or nature soever (my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences being first paid and discharged I give and bequeath unto my Said Aunt Eleanore Auwood whom I doe hereby Appoint full and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking Annul and make void all former Wills att any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I the said Hellen Willburn the Testatrix have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale this Thirtieth day of October in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty

Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the said Eleanor Willburn the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament In the presence of us who have Subscribed our names as Witnesses hereto In the presence and request of the said Testatrix & the Erasements were first made
