This is the Last Will and Testament of me William Wilford Whittle of Stonely House Scalford in the County of Leicester made this fifth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five

I Hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore

I appoint my Daughter Marianne Gill Whittle to be my Executrix and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Marianne Gill Whittle those two portions of land situate at Scalford known as the Washdyke Fields occupied by me Geo. Allen Junr and the Corn Close occupied by Mr Ernest Pick, also 3 cottages occupied by Wm. Shelton, Arthur Shelton & Arthur Pearson The furniture in sitting room, parlour & Bed room All money in Bank after Expences are paid

If my daughter lives longer than my son Josiah Whittle at his death the £300 & £500 lent to him for building purposes I leave to my daughter Marianne Gill Whittle with everything I die possessed of

If my daughter lives comfortably & peaceful as here at the present time no alterations will be required
