I Elizabeth Whittaker of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Spinster do herein make and publish this my last Will and Testament
I give and bequeath to my niece Mary Ann Corner The sum of Thirty pounds to my niece Sarah Whittaker thirty pounds to my Nephew Alfred Whittaker thirty pounds to my niece Frances Julian thirty pounds to Ann Davies ten pounds toFrederick Whittaker five pounds
I give and bequeath the house in which I now live to My Brother William Whittaker for his sole use and benefit during his natural life And at his decease I bequeath the same to my niece Sarah Whittaker And at her decease I direct that the said house shall revert to the Eldest child of my Nephew Alfred Whittaker his or her Heirs Administrators or Executors
The residue of which I may die possessed after paying the above Legacies Testamentary and funeral expenses I bequeath to my Brother William Whittaker
And lastly I appoint the said William Whittaker sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament As witness my hand this 15th day of October in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty five

The Testatrix Elizabeth Whittaker was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Spinster and died on the twenty first day of November 1886 at Nether Broughton aforesaid
