This is the last Will and Testament of me Alice Wheatley of Plungar in the County of Leicestershire

I hereby revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made

I appoint Arthur Hanson of Carrington Upperton Road Leicester to be my Executor and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give devise and bequeath unto my three sisters Mary Ann Miller, Emma Stevenson & Eliza Ann Stone all my shares in Spicer Brothers Limited, Cash at Bank, and whatsoever investments Furniture, Plate to be divided into 3 equal shares

In the event of the decease of Mary Ann Miller, before my death, her share to be divided into equal parts for her children

In the event of the decease of either Emma Stevenson or Eliza Ann Stone, I direct that my property, or estate, shall be equally divided between the said Mary Ann Miller (or her children) & the remaining sister then living

I direct that my nephew Joseph Huld Wilmot shall be paid the sum of Twenty pounds from the estate before the aforesaid division of the balance

In Witness whereof I the said Alice Wheatley have to this my last Will and Testament set my name this 22nd day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six

I desire that the portion of the shares in Spicer Brothers Ltd which I bequeathed to my sister Emma Stevenson shall be vested in the hands of my executor (Arthur Hanson) who shall pay her the dividends as declared, and hold the shares in trust on her behalf
