This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Webster of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Widow

I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Palmer all my ready money and Securities for money Household Goods Chattles and personal Estate whatsoever and I do make and Appoint the said John Palmer sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this second day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven Hundred and fifty four
