A full true plain and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Mary Watkin late of Scalford in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester Widow deceased exhibited and given in upon Oath by Francis Foister of Scalford aforesaid the Curator or Guardian lawfully elected by and assigned to Sarah Watkin Elizabeth Watkin and Frances Watkin Minors the natural lawful and only Children and next of Kin of the said deceased and Administrator of all and singular the said Goods Chattels and Credits for the use and Benefit of the said Minors and until they or one of them shall attain the age of twenty one years follows to wit

Bond, bound Francis Foister £300, blank day and month 1819, condition Francis Foister uncle and curator and guardian elected and assigned to Sarah Watkin, Elizabeth Watkin and Frances Watkin only children and next of kin of Mary Watkin late of Scalford widow intestate and administrator of her estate for the use and benefit of her children until one of them should come of age, to produce inventory and administer estate

Whereas Mary Watkin late of Scalford in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester departed this life in the Month of July last past intestate leaving Sarah Watkin Elizabeth Watkin and Frances Watkin her natural lawful and only children and next of kin who are now in their respective Minorities to wit the said Sarah of the age of thirteen years and upwards the said Elizabeth of the age of eleven years and upwards and the said Frances of the age of ten years and upwards and by reason thereof are incapable by Law of taking out Letters of Administration of all and singular the Goods chattels and Credits of the said deceased

Now know all Men by these Presents That we the said Sarah Watkin Elizabeth Watkin and Francis Watkin the Minors aforesaid do by the Presents elect and make choice of Francis Foister of Scalford aforesaid laborer our maternal Uncle to be our Curator or Guardian for the purpose of taking out Letters of Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased and to the end that this our election and choice may have its due effect in Law We do hereby nominate constitute and appoint John Stockdale Hardy Notary Public the junior exercent Proctor General of the Commissary Court of Leicester to be our true and lawful Proctor for us and in our Names to appear before the Worshipful John Hodgson Master of Arts Commissary of the Right Reverend Father in God George by divine permission Lord Bishop of Lincoln and then continues with general legal format to ratify position of Francis Foister
