In the Name of God Amen I Catherine Watkin of Neather Broughton in the County of Leicester Widdow being Weake of Body but of sound and prefect memory praised be the Lord for the same do make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following viz:

Imprimis I give and Devise unto my loving Sonne William Watkin all that my House and Homestead wherein I now dwell and unto his Heirs for ever But if it please God my said sonne to Dyes without Issue then I Give and devise my said House and Homestead unto my Loveing Brother John Wheatly and unto his Heires for ever

And if it shall happen my said sonne William to Dye without Issue then my Will is that my Brother John Wheatly shall pay unto my Brother Joseph Watkin of Long Clawson Alias Claxton Tayler the summe of six pounds out of the said House and Home Stead Twelve months after he is in possession of the said premisses

And I doe make and ordaine my Loving Sonne William Watkin and my Lovinge Brother John Wheatly Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament they paying all my Debts and Funeral Expences and I doe likewise Give all the Rest of my Goods Chattells and Catells whatsoever unto my said Executors beforementioned

In Witness hereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal the Twenty Seccond day of June One Thousand seven Hundred and Eleaven
