In the name of god Amen I Richard Watchorn of Plungar in the county of Leicester yeoman Being weake of Body But In Perfect mind & memory O praised Be God therefore Do Make and ordain this my Last will and Testament in Manner and form following

Principally Bequeathing my Soul to God that gave It me and my Body to the Earth Trusting to be Saved by the Merits of Jesus Christ my onely Saviour & Redeemer & as for my worldly Estate wich God in his Mercy hath Given Me I Give Devise & Bequeath as followeth that is to say

Imprimis I give To My Eldest Daughter Jain Watchorn the Sum of Ten Pounds of Lawfull Money of great Brittan

Itam I give to My youngest Daughter Frances Watchorn the Sum of Ten Pounds of Lawfull Money

Itam I Give To My youngest Son Richard Watchorn the Sum of Ten Pounds of Lawful Money and I Do will and apoint My Eldest Son Isaac & My Wife Sarah Watchorn to Pay These 3 Legesyes In Twelve Months After My Decease and The Money Put out toward Bring up the Children

Itam I Give to My youngest Son Richard five Pounds mor to be Paid by My Exetures when he Shall Be fit to Go to a trade or Otherwise When he Is at the Age of Twenty One years

Itam I Give & bequeth to My Wife Sarah Watchorn & My Eldest Son Isaac All My Personable Estate Goods & Chatles whatsoever And I make & Ordain my Wife Sarah & My Son Isaac Watchorn to Be Joyned Exectators of All This My Last will & testament they Paying all My Debts & these Legeses

And I Do Also will and ordain that My wife Sarah Watchorn Shall have hir Liberty to Live In the house whilst She Remains My widow and Then To Return to my Eldest Son Isaac & his Ares for Ever and If any of the Children should Dye Before they Come at the age of 21 years the Money Shall Be Equaly shard to the Rest

So Renounsing all other wills By this My Last will And Testament I have set my hand and seall the Day and year above written
