In the name of God amen June the 27 1724 According to the Computation of the Church of Great Brittan I Richard Walker of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Talor being of perfect memory praised be god but Considering the Uncertainty of this life do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following

First I Bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty god hopeing through the Merits of Jesus Christ to Receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my sins and as for my Body to be Buried in Christian burial according to the discretion of my Executor hereafter nominated

Item: I give and bequeath unto Thomas Walker Liveing in London the sum of one Shilling

Item I give and bequeath unto Richard Walker son to the sd Thomas Walker the sum of twenty Shillings

Item I give and bequeath unto Six Children of my Cusin Cathrine Greasley the Sum of ten pounds to be disposed of as followeth

Item to the Eldest the sum of Six and thirty Shillings to be paid to her at the age of one and Twenty years

Item I give the same Sum to be paid to the next 4 Children when they shall successively come to the age of one and Twenty years and the Remainder to be paid to the youngest and if any of them die their part to be divided amongst the Survivors

Item I give and bequeath unto Mary and Jane Fawlkes daughters of my kinsman Edward Fawlkes the sum of fifteen pounds to each of the above said Mary and Jane Fawlkes to be paid to them at the age of one and twenty years with Interest for the same

Item I give and bequeath all my Bees in the Garden unto my kinswoman Mary Fawlkes

Item I give and bequeath unto my brother John Walker the sum of one shilling

Item I give and bequeath unto my kinsman Edward Fawlkes all other my goods and Chattels Whatsoever Upon Condition that he do pay all my debts and all the above sd legacies and all my Funeral Charges and do hereby Nominate Make and apoint him My Sole Executor of this My last Will and Testament
