In the name of god amen the iiid day of maye in the yeare of our lorde god 1573 I Francis Walker of Estewell beinge of perfecte remembrance thankes be to god doe make this my laste will and Testament in manner and forme followynge

Fyrste I bequethe my soule to the great mercie of god and my bodye to be buryed in the churche yeard of Estewell aforesaid

Itm I geve to the mother churche of Lincoln iid

Itm I geve to everie of my godchyldren in Estewell iiiid

Itm I geve to Willm Walker my sonne my greatest arke a brazen morter and a pestell and a Fetherbed with all thinges belonginge to yt

Itm I geve to Nicholas Walker my Sonne a lyttell cobbord a featherbed with all thinges belonginge to yt a dunne Fyllye of a yeare old ii bullock calves of this yeare a cowe and iii ewe shepe the said cowe and iii ewe shepe to be delyvered to him this tyme iiii yeare which shalbe in the yeare of our lorde god 1576

Itm I geve to Alice my dowghter a cowe calfe and the said calfe to be kepte untyll yt be ii yeares olde and then she to have yt and iii ewe hogges at Martylmas next

Itm I geve to Marie my dowghter a coffer a materis iii paire of shetts ii coverled ii platters iiii pewter dyshes and a pott and a panne after my wyffes deceasse a cowe & iii ewe shepe the cowe and the said iii shepe to be delyvered to her this next yeare which shalbe in the yeare of our lorde god 1573

Itm I geve to Sicile my dowghter a coffer a materis iiii paire of shepts [sic] ii coverleds ii platters iiii pewter dyshes and a pott and a panne after my wyffes deceasse a cowe and iii ewe shepe the cowe and the said iii shepe to be delyvered to her in the yeare of our lord god 1574

Itm I geve to Agnes my dowghter a coffer a materis iiii paire of Shetts ii coverleds ii platters iiii pewter dyshes and a pott and a panne after my wyffes deceasse a cowe and iii ewe shepe the cowe and the said shepe to be delyvered to her this tyme iii yeare which shalbe in the yeare of our lorde god 1575

All the reste of my goods not bequethed I doe geve & bequethe to my wyffe and Willm my sonne whom I doe make the executors of this my laste wyll & testament

Itm I doe make in Henrye Hautre & Willm Whytell my overseers
