Memorandum

This the last will of William Wayte of Goodby Marewood Taylor late deceased The Sd will being noncubitive [sic]

Imp After he had Committed his soule into the hands of Allmighty God who made it hopeing that through the Merritts of our Saviour for to receave free pardon of all his sinns he did dispose of all his worldly goods as followeth viz

He gave unto his sonne Mathew Wayte three payre of silver Buttons one joynt yard… one … one payre of sheares Two & Twenty pence in odd moneys and A Brasse Dyall and one Burning Glass and he leaveing the sd Sonne Mathew an Estate lying in the Town of Somerby in this County which came by A former wife

He did Nominate and Appoynt Trustees for this sd Sonne for to take Care of him Leanord Davy of Goodby fellmonger & Thomas Hackett of Wycomb Iernmonger

And for All other of his worldly goods not before disposed of he gave unto his wife Mary Wayte she paying his Debts and funerall Charges and did Appoynt her his full Executrix in the pressence of us This the 16th of Aprill 1694
