In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Wadkin of Wifordby in the County of Leicester Taylor being Weak in body but Sound in Memory I give & Dispose thereof as followeth
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sun Thomas Wadkin of Wifordby In the said County whom I hereby Make & Ardan my Sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament all my Personal Estate Goods Cattle & Chattles together with all my working Tools Money and Cloaths Whatsoever & Wheresoever the same shall or may be found
Item I Give unto Joseph Wadkin the Sun of Joseph Wadkin of Twiford in the County of Leicester Miller Deceased the Sum of One Ginue
Item I Give unto Willm Wadkin the Sun of Joseph Wadkin of Twiford in the County of Leicester Miller Deceased the Sum of half a Ginue
Item I Give unto John Wadkin the Sun of Joseph Wadkin of Twiford in the County of Leicester Miller Deceased the Sum of Five Shillings
Item I Give unto Thomas Wadkin the Sun of Joseph Wadkin of Twiford in the County of Leicester Miller Deceased the Sum of Five Shillings
Item I Give unto Frances Wadkin the Daughter of Joseph Wadkin of Twiford in the County of Leicester Miller Deceased the Sum of Five Shillings
Item I Give unto Frances Wadkin the Daughter of Tho. Wadkin of Wifordby in the Sade Counte the Sum of One Ginue
And When it Pleases God to Call me out of this World I Desire my body may be Desently buried & My Legacies be Discharged at the Descresion of my Executrix
And I do hereby Make Void all former wills & Testaments by me heretofore made
In witness whereof I the said Joseph Wadkin to this my last Will & Testament have set my Hand & Seal the Nineth day of April in the Year of our Lord 1769

The 27th day of April 1769 Thomas Wadkin the within named Sole Executor made oath that the Goods Chattels Credits & Personal Estate of Joseph Wadkin his late Father deceased at the time of his Death was not worth Twenty pounds & was Sworn to the due Execution hereof
