This is the last Will and Testament of Me William Urry of Nether Broughton Lodge in the County of Leicester Grazier

I direct all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences to be fully paid

I Give and bequeath All my Personal Estate and Effects of every kind of which I shall die posses Unto my affectionate Wife Hannah Urry for her to have the free use and enjoyment thereof for the Term of her natural life with full liberty for her to allow her Nephew and two Nieces to have a home with her so long as they conduct themselves properly to the satisfaction of my said Wife namely Elizabeth Hannah and Thomas Blount

And from and after the decease of my said Wife I Give and bequeath All the then Residue of my said Personal Estate and Effects Unto my brother George Urry for his own use Absolutely and do appoint him sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all others

In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 15th day of May 1849

Signed published and declared by the said Testator William Urry as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us all present at the same time who at his Request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our names as Witnesses

George Urry of the Town and County of the Town of Nottingham Grocer the Sole Executor in this Will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and to the truth of the usual Affidavit for the Inland Revenue office And that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased without deducting any debts owing by him therefrom do not amount in Value to the sum of Six Hundred pounds and that the deceased died on the nineteenth day of July last past
