This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Turner of Old Dalby Leicestershire Spinster

I give to my nephew George Turner a Legacy of One hundred pounds and to my niece Mary Marriott a Legacy of One hundred pounds and I direct that both the said Legacies shall be paid free of duty six months after my death and the Legacy duties thereon shall be paid by my Executor out of my residuary estate

I devise and bequeath all my House Garden Orchard Closes Land and Real Estate situate at Old Dalby aforesaid or elsewhere and all my furniture farming stock and all other my personal estate to Edward Perkins of Old Dalby aforesaid his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely subject to the payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the above legacies and I appoint the said Edward Perkins Sole Executor of this my Will

Witness my hand this sixth day of January 1873
