This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Trivvitt of Hose in the County of Leicester do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

Imprimis I give to William Trivvitt of Hose Two Guineas

I give to Robert Trivvitt of London Two Guineas

I give to Daniel Marshall Two Guineas

I give to Ann Goodson the Elder Two Guineas

I give to Ann Goodson the younger Two Guineas

I give to Elizabeth Marriott Two Guineas

I give to Elizabeth Adcock Two Guineas

I give to Ann Marshall Two Guineas

I give to Frances Burnett Two Guineas and all my wearing Apparel

I give to Dorothy Johnson Five Pounds

I give to John Burnett the younger Five Pounds

I give to Thomas Burnett all that I am possessed of after my just debts are paid

And considering all the Rest of my Effects Bills Bonds of what kind soever with Five Pounds in Cash I give to John Burnett whom I make my sole Executor and Guardian of this my last Will and Testament

And making void all other Wills by me howsoever made

This Will was proved at London the fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety eight before the Worshipfull John Fisher Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of John Burnett the sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased was granted he having been first sworn duly to administer
