On Tuesday the 23 day of January 1753 Jane Tinkler the Wife of William Tinkler of Waltham in the County of Leicester Labourer, the Natural, lawful sister & Administratrix of Mary Trigg late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Widow Deceased was sworn and made Oath that All the said Deceased’s personal Estate at the time of her Death was not worth twenty pounds
