In the name of God Amen I William Tinsley of Scalford in the County of Leicester Weaver being somewhat infirme in body but of sound & disposeing mind memory & understanding praised be Almighty God for the same do make & Ordaine this my last Will & Testament in manner & forme following That is to say

First I give devise and bequeath unto my Loving wife Elizabeth Tinsley  her heirs and assignes for ever All that my Messuage or tenement with the yard backside and Appurts thereunto belonging scituate standing and being in Scalford aforesaid wherein I now inhabit and dwell together with the Little house or tenement which I have lately Erected & built Standing near or adjoyning to the said tenement wherein I now live And also all other my Messauges Lands tenements & hereditaments whatsoever in the Kingdom of Great Britaine in possession Revercon Remainder or Expectancy

Item I give & bequeath unto my Son William Tinsley the Sume of five pounds to be paid him within twelve months next after the decease of my said wife

Item I give and bequeath unto my said wife Elizabeth Tinsley All my Goods Chattles Cattle Creditts & personall Estate whatsoever She paying thereout all my just debts and funerall expences and I do hereby nominate and Appoint her my said wife full & Sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament hereby revokeing all former Wills by me made declaring this to be my last Will & Testament

In witness whereof I the said William Tinsley the Testator have to this my last Will & Testament put my hand & Seal this Tenth day of December One thousand Seven hundred & Forty nine
