This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Thraves of Stathern in the County of Leicestershire made this twenty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four
I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at any time heretofore
I appoint Strawson Trafford of Sewstern and William Thraves of Stathern to be my Executors and direct that all my Debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give and bequeath unto Sarah Streets, Ruth Mackley, Jane Eyras, Thomas Ingram Thraves and William Thraves an equal share of all I am possessed of at the time of my decease
I desire that my property should be sold and the proceeds from such sale shall be added to any money I have in hand and the Insurance money and the whole sum be equally divided between the said Sarah Streets, Ruth Mackley, Jane Eyras, Thomas Ingram Thraves and William Thraves
In the event of any of the said Sarah Streets, Ruth Mackley, Jane Eyras, Thomas Ingram Thraves or William Thraves per-deceasing I desire his or her child or children to have the share he or she should have had to be equally divided between his or her children
Signed by the said Testatrix Elizabeth Thraves in the presence of us, present at the same time, who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses

Testatrix of The Lodge, Stathern spinster died at 24 St Georges Road, Barnsley, Yorkshire 7 January 1915, brother William Thraves executor of The Lodge, Stathern farmer, Strawson Trafford had renounced Probate and execution
