I Annie Elizabeth Stathern in the County of Leicester Spinster hereby revoke all testamentary writings heretofore executed by me and declare this to be my last Will made and executed on the twentieth day of July One thousand nine hundred and four

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate unto my sister Mary Helen Thornley of Stathern aforesaid Spinster absolutely And I appoint the said Mary Helen Thornley sole Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand

Signed by the above named Annie Elizabeth Thornley the testatrix as her last Will in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her sight and presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses
