This is the last Will and Testament of me Adeliza Taylor of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Widow

I revoke all Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I appoint my nephews Harry Lovett and Binks Lovett both of Nether Broughton aforesaid (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I bequeath to my nephew George Gillman of Daybrook the sum of One hundred pound

I devise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate unto my Trustees upon trust to convert the same or such part or parts thereof as shall not consist of ready money into ready money and to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and to divide the residue and remainder of my estate equally between the said Harry Lovett and Binks Lovett

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of January one thousand nine hundred and ten
