In the name of god Amen March the eight in the yeare of our lord god 1665 I Thomas Storer of Claxton alis Long Clawson in the Countie of Leicester husbandman beinge in perfect health and memorie praised be god revokinge all other wills by me formerlie made doe make & ordaine this my last will & Testament in manner and forme followinge

First I bequeath my Soule to Almightie god my onelie Saviour and redeemer in whom and by whom I trust to be saved through a livelie fayth in Jesus Christe and my bodie to the earth from whence it was taken to be buried in Christian buriall and as for my worldlie goods to be taken & had after my decease I give & bequeath as hereafter followeth

Imprimis I give unto fifteene of the poorest sort of families in Claxton aforesd vs to be equallie devided amongste them at the discretion of my executrix

Itm I give unto evri one of my grandchildren one sheepe of the better sort that I shall leave at my decease

Itm I give unto my two daughters Elizabeth Hackitt & Marie Love [?] vs apeece in regard they have had former porcons and to theire husbands & Thomas Saunderson twelve pence apeece

Itm my will & mynde is that my great table in my house & little table in the butterie Chamber & all Dores settes windows shutts & seelings shalbe left to & for the heire Inheritable to my sd house

Itm I give & bequeath unto Ellin my loveine wife all my mony goods cattell & Chattels whatsoever unbequeathed shee keeping herselfe widdow & in my name, butt yf shee fortune to marrie againe, then my sd wife to have one third part, my sd daughter Marie Love one other third part, & my sd daughter Elizabeth Hacket the other third part, according … to the value it shalbe praised to at my decease

Itm the sd Ellin keeping herselfe widdowe to have the use & comodities of all the aforesd goods during her natural life & disposing of what is not before disposed of And alsoe the benefitt & profit of my house & land with all appcs therto belonginge

And I make & ordaine her the sd Ellin to be sole executrix of this my last will & testamt
