The Last will and Testament of Everard Stephenson of Harby in the Countie of Leicester Yeoman, beinge of Perfect Sence and memorie

In the name of God Amen

Imprimis I doe bequeath my soule to God that gave it And my bodie to the Dust from whence it was taken

Itm I will that Elizabeth Stephenson my wife and Everard Stephenson my sonne be ioint Executors of my will

Item I will and give to my sonne Will: Stephenson Thirtie Pound To be paid a yeare after my decease And Thirtie Pound more fowr yeare after the Payment of the first Thirtie

Itm I will and give to my Sonne Joseph Stephenson Sixtie Pound a Twelve moneth after my decease

Itm I will and give to my sonne John Stephenson Thirtie Pound when his Apprenticeship is expired and Thirtie Pound more foure yeare after the Payment of the first Thirtie Pound

Item I will and give to my sonne Richard Stepheson sixtie Pound to be paid him when he is of Twentie four years of Age

Item I will and give to my sonne Robert Stephenson one Cow

Item I will and give to Margerie D… one heifer

Itm I will and give to the Poore of Herby Tenn shillings

Item I will and give to my sonne James Stephenson Tenne shillings
