This is the last Will and Testament of me John Smith of Eaton Grange Eaton in the County of Leicester made this Third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Ninty Eight

I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made

I appoint Fanny Smith my Wife Eaton Grange to be my Executerus, and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

I give and bequeath unto my Wife Fanny Smith The whole of my household Furniture and all my Possesions at the time of my Death & all Monnies at the said time

Witness my hand this 3d Day of September 1898
