Know all men by these presents That I Anne Johnson wife of Thomas Johnson of Saxulby in the County of Leicester, the Naturall & Lawfull Daughter of John Simpson late of Saxulby afsd Deced, Doe for Diverse good Causes and Consideracons me thereunto Especially Moving hereby Renounce all my Right Title and Interest in and to the Administration of the personall Estate of John Simpson Deced, protesting that for the present I have not nor for the future will intermeddle in the Same And that this my Renuntiation may take effect I do by these presents Constitute and appoint Richard Stephens Gentl Notary Publique my Lawfull Proctor to Exhibit the Same before any Judge Competent to admit thereof and to pray Admacon of all the afsd Jno Simpsons personal Estate may be Comitted and Granted unto Thos Johnson the younger Grandson to the sd Deced and what my sd Proctor shall doe herein I doe by these presents Ratifye and Confirm

In wittnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this seaventeenth Day of Novbr Anno Dni 1720
