I William Sills Farmer of the Parish of Eaton make this my last Will and Testament in form and manner following

I will that all my debts and testamentary expenses be paid

I will that my sister Elizabeth have a home in the farm if occupied by my sister Sarah, so long as she lives

I also give to my sister Elizabeth the Fifty four Pounds which I and my sister Sarah have in our hands

I give to my nephew John Sills son of my said sister Elizabeth Twenty Pounds

I give my brother Robert Sills all my wearing apparel and Twenty Pounds

I give to each of my sister Mary Ellis, Ann Turner, and Alice Wright, One shilling

I give and bequeath all the rest of my personal estate and effects to my sister Sarah Sills, and I appoint her Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I William Sills the said Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six
