This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Sills of the Parish of Eaton in the County of Leicester Farmer

First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be paid

I Give and bequeath Upon Trust unto my kind Friend William Lyme Fowke Vicar of Eaton all and singular my Household Goods and furniture Stock upon my Farm Live and dead Stock Hay Corn Grain and Implements of Husbandry personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever And of what nature and kind soever the same may be for the equal benefit of my three Children namely my Son William Sills and my two Daughters Jane Darby and Mary Shelton share and share alike to each

I direct the said William Lyme Fowke after my decease as soon as convenient to dispose of all my personal estate and effects belonging to me at the time of my decease and the produce arising therefrom after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses the remainder to be equally divided amongst my said children for their own absolute benefit and disposal

I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said William Lyme Fowke to be the Executor for carrying this my last Will and Testament into effect and I do hereby declare that my said Executor shall and may at all times out of the first monies that may come to his hands reimburse and indemnify himself all such costs damages charges and expenses as he may be put unto or sustain in and about the execution of the trusts of this my Will and that he shall not be answerable for any loss which may happen to the said trust premises and neither shall he be answerable for more monies that shall actually come into his hands

And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made

I published and declared this Sheet of Paper signed by me to contain this my last Will and Testament

Signed this eighteenth Day of March In the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty eight

Signed and acknowledged by the said Robert Sills the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us being present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses
