Mary Shelton of Wycomb 1847 Will

Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland Archives, Leicestershire Wills and Probate Records 1847

I, Mary Shelton of Wycombe in the county of Leicester, widow, do hereby give & bequeath all my goods chattels & credits whatsoever I may die possessed of, after the payment of my just debts, to my several now surviving children viz William Shelton, John Shelton, Mary Dent, Frances Hubbard & Ruth Mackley or to their Children lawfully begotten & to the Children of my deceased Daughters Ann Wright & Elizabeth Mackley & to my Grand daughter Mary Hubbard

I declare it to be also my Will & desire that my surviving Children at the time of my death and my Grand daughter Mary Hubbard shall have share and share alike & that the surviving Children of my deceased Daughters Ann Wright & Elizabeth Mackley or of any other of my Sons or Daughters deceased shall stand in the places of their respective Parents & have what would have been the portion of their Parents respectively divided amongst them share & share alike
