John Royall of Scalford 1721 Will

In the name of God Amen I John Royall of Scalford in the County of Leicester husbandman being sick of body but of perfect mind & memory (thanks be God) Doe make & ordain my Last Will & testament in manner following

Imprimis I give and devise to my Loving Wife Eleanor Royall and to her heirs & assignes for ever All that my Cottage or tenemt with the appurtenances and one Cow pasture thereto belonging scituate lying & being in Scalford aforesaid which I heretofore bought & purchase to my self & my heirs of & from Wm Palmer Dr in Physic & Mary his wife

Item All my Goods Cattle Chattles & personal Estate of what kind soever I give & bequeath to my said Loving wife and doe hereby make and constitute her full & sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former by me made and declaring this to be my last

In Witnes whereof I have hereto sett my hand & seal this Eighteenth day of June in the fourth year of the reign of Queen Anne over England &c Annoq dni 1705

Bond, bound Eleanor Ryall widow of Scalford and Thomas Auwood of Scalford 3 January 1720/1, condition bound Eleanor Ryall relict of John Ryall late of Scalford intestate to produce inventory and administer estate

Presumably the will was found some time between this day and Probate in May 1721
