This is the last Will and Testament of me Jonathan Rosling of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer

I direct my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my death

I give and bequeath unto my Friends John Orson of Harby aforesaid Grazier and George Baguley of the same place Grazier All my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever Upon Trust as soon as conveniently may be after my death to sell and convert into money such part or parts thereof as shall not consist of money And to stand possessed thereof and also of the money of which I shall be possessed at the time of my death Upon the following Trusts namely To pay to my Brother John Rosling the sum of Ten pounds and to divide the residue equally between my said Brother and such of my Nephews and Nieces as shall be living at the time of my death and resident in England And to the Child or Children of such of my Nephews and Nieces as shall have died in my life time such child or children to take the share his or her Father or Mother would have been entitled to if living and if more than one to take as Tenants in Common

And I appoint the said John Orson and George Baguley joint Executors of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of September in the year One thousand eight hundred and sixty nine

The Testator Jonathan Rosling was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Farmer and died on the fifteenth day of November 1869 at Harby aforesaid
