This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Rodgers of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow

I direct that all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses to be fully paid

I Give and bequeath unto my two Grandsons George Rodgers and Charles Rodgers the Children of my late Son George the Sum of Nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings apiece and the like legacy or sum Unto my Grandson William the only Child of my Son William Rodgers which legacies shall be paid to each at the Age of Twenty one years the Interest to go in the mean time for their mutual benefit

All the Residue of my Property I Give and bequeath unto my Son William Rodgers for his own use and do appoint him and my friend William Hilton of Stathern Farmer Joint Executors In Trust of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this fifteenth Day of December In the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and forty two
