This is the last Will and Testament of me John William Robinson late of Scalford in the County of Leicester but now of North Luffenham in the County of Rutland Retired Miller

I Appoint my Son-in-law Daniel Hubbard of Twyford in the said County of Leicester Grazier to be the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my said Trustee Upon trust to sell and convert into money the same and to stand possessed of the proceeds of such sale and conversion In trust after payment of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts for my son William George Robinson and my daughters Emma Petrie and Mary Jane Hubbard in equal shares

And I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions made by me

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the fifth day of June One thousand nine hundred and six
