This is the last Will and Testament of me Susannah Roberts of Scalford in the County of Leicester widow as follows

I Give devise and bequeath all those my four messuages or tenements with the Outbuildings Gardens Privileges and Appurtenances thereto respectively belonging situate standing and being at Scalford aforesaid now in the occupation of myself and tenants and all other my real Estate whatsoever And all my ready money and securities for money household goods and furniture chattels personal estate credits and effects of what nature or kind soever which I may die possessed of unto and to the use of my Daughter Amelia Roberts and of her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely and for every (Subject nevertheless to and I do hereby … the same with and to the payment of my just debts and my funeral and testamentary expences And also with and to the payment of the sum of nineteen guineas each to my Son James Roberts and my Daughter Harriott Daws at the expiration of twelve calendar months next after my decease)

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Daughter Amelia Roberts Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four

Let a Probate be made to Amelia Roberts of Scalford in the County of Leicester Spinster the sole Executrix within named

She having been first duly sworn as well to the faithful Execution of the Will as that the Testatrixes Goods Chattels and Credits as they were at her death without deducting any debts owing by her therefrom do not amount in Value to the Sum of Twenty Pounds
