The Twenty Eight day of June 1860 I George Roberts of Scalford in the County of Leicester grazier being of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God calling unto mind the mortality of the body knowing that it is appointed unto all to die, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament

As touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give demise and dispose of the same as hereafter named

I give and bequeath all my Household goods live and dead Stock to my well beloved Wife Sarah Roberts

I do allso hereby give and bequeath all my messuage House Garden and Orchard there to belonging to me and whatever I may die possessed of after the payment of all my just debts Funeral testamentary expences to my well beloved Wife Sarah Roberts for her absolute use and disposal

In the Goods of George Roberts deceased

I Thomas Morris of Wycomb in the County of Leicester Farmer and Grazier make oath that I am one of the subscribing Witnesses to the last Will and Testament contained in Writings marked A and B of the said George Roberts late of Scalford in the county of Leicester Grazier deceased the said Writings being now hereunto annexed bearing date respectively the 28th day of June 1860 and that the said Testator executed the said Writing marked B on the day of the date thereof by signing his name at the foot or end thereof as the same now appears thereon in the presence of me and of Thomas Morley of Beeby in the said County Farmer and Grazier the other subscribing Witness thereto both of us being present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said Writing marked B in the presence of the said Testator
