This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Rippon of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Widdow
First that all my Just debts and reasonable expences be paid
Secondly I Give and bequeath unto my Son James his Fathers Watch
Thirdly I Give and bequeath unto my Son William the Chest of Drawers and the Clock
Fourthly I Give and bequeath all the remainder of my estate and effects with all monies owing or may be owing to me unto my Five Children James Rippon, William Rippon, Mary Burroughs, Esther Stanley, Caroline Green, equal share and share alike
And lastly I nominate and appoint My Nephew Edward Charles of Wymeswold in the County of Leicester Trustee and Executor of this my last Will, as witness my hand this 10th Day of September one Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty five

Let a Probate be made to Edward Charles of Wymeswold in the County of Leicester Cordwainer the sole Executor named in the Will of the deceased
He having been first duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance of the Will as usual and to the truth of the usual Affidavit for the Inland Revenue Office that the Goods Chattels and credits of the Testatrix without deducting any thing on account of debts due or owing therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred Pounds and that the said Testatrix died on the Eighteenth day of October last past
