This is the last Will and Testament of me William Randell of Scalford in the County of Leicester Grazier

I revoke all Wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me

I appoint my wife Mary Ann Randell and Robert Bristow of Coston in the County of Leicester to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will

I devise all my real estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate to my wife the said Mary Ann Randell absolutely subject to any mortgage or mortgages as may be subsisting thereon and I bequeath to her the said Mary Ann Randell the sum of One Hundred Pounds which is secured to me on a policy of insurance on my life in the Scottish Insurance Company or some other Insurance Company

I bequeath all the residue of my personal estate to the said Mary Ann Randell and Robert Bristow or the survivor of them or the heirs executors or administrators of such survivor Upon trust that they shall sell call in and convert into money the same or such parts thereof as shall not consist of money and with and out of the proceeds shall pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and shall pay to and divide such proceeds after making such payment as aforesaid unto and between my five children namely Tyers Randell of Owston in the said County of Leicester, Arthur Randell of Tilton in the said County of Leicester, Hannah Chettels the wife of Joseph Chettels of Scalford aforesaid, Jessie Whittle  the wife of Charles Whittle of Scalford aforesaid and William Randell of Mansfield in the County of Nottingham in equal shares

In witness whereof I the Testator William Randell have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of April One thousand nine hundred and two

Codicil to the Will of William Randell of Moorbrook Farm Scalford

I wish my Will made May the 27th 1902 to stand in all respects with the exception that the house and stable now in the occupation of Amos Gee which is there left to my Wife Mary Ann Randell without any conditions be now left as follows namely to be the property of my Wife as long as she remain a Widow And at her death to be sold and the proceeds devided equally between my five children Tyers, Arthur, Hannah, Jesse and William
