This is the last Will and Testament of me William Preston of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester formerly a Baker but now out of business
I give all my property estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my daughter Ann Wilford Preston for her own absolute use and benefit on Condition that she maintains and provides for my dear wife Jane Preston (who is now an Invalid) so long as the latter shall live
And hereby revoking all former Wills I appoint my said daughter Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of February One thousand eight hundred and ninety seven

Signed and acknowledged by the said William Preston the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses
